• All items under the BACKORDER COLLECTION are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• This promotion is applicable to BACKORDER COLLECTION items only.
• Estimated arrival: Early September 2026 (ETA: 7 September 2026). Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that all items in this collection are pre-order items and are not available for immediate shipment. Kindly place your order only if you are comfortable with the estimated waiting time.
• Orders containing both in-stock and backorder items will be shipped together once all backorder items have arrived. No partial shipment will be arranged.
• Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout once the minimum purchase requirement is met.
• Items under this collection are not eligible for Free Shipping.
• Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s), colour(s), and size(s) before completing your purchase.
• GETTHELOOK EMMA is unable to amend any order once it has been confirmed. We will not be responsible for incorrect colour/size selections or duplicate orders placed by customers.
• Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
