SHIPPING INFO

For domestic delivery , shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on no.of order during checkout . Below are the rates for your reference: 

Courier : WM via Ninjavan or EM via J&T /Pgeon /Flash Express 

*For Singapore shipping rate ,our Customer service  will do calculation for your final shopping fee based on Kg via Whatsapp before shipped out .

Please confirm the shipping address before the payment . Shipping information cannot be change once payment is made . For postage charges , please refer to the list above . If the area is not shown , please contact our customer service in Instagram to learn about relevant fees .

Backorder/Preorder Item(s) for Local Orders:
If your order consists of a backorder/preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the BO/Preorder stocks have arrived .
Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard Courier split shipment between instock and backorder items if each shipment is above Rm150 respectively.
Split shipping will be charged at Rm8 for each shipment which falls below Rm150
Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate delivery.

Self Collection :
For orders that have opted for self collection at our collection point, kindly collect the orders within 1 month from the time the order is ready for collection
Orders not collected within 1 month will be considered as cancelled, and store credits will be issued to your account (6 months validity)

In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly DM us so that our pixies can assist asap you with your parcel status.
